The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote all divisions of Lockwood-Senior Living, Management, Construction, and Development. The primary objective will be to increase brand awareness and support the overall growth of Lockwood Companies.

Typical Duties

Successfully execute strategic marketing plans on time and within budget.Assist with creation of consistent branding across the divisions of Lockwood – Construction, Development and Property Management.Responsible for the overall creation of marketing materials for Lockwood and site operations.Assist in the creation, updates and maintenance of company and property websites.Updates and maintains social media platforms for all divisions of Lockwood including Facebook and LinkedIn.Updates recruitment material and branding on Glassdoor and Indeed.Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messaging.Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms and increases presence on existing platforms.Creates digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.Oversees marketing/website contracts including but not limited to Rent.com, Apartment.com and Google Analytics.Create and coordinate events to promote brand awareness.Manages Lockwood’s reputation by understanding the market, soliciting customer feedback and ensuring proper responses are delivered.Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.Monitors and analyzes metrics on a regular basis to ensure marketing effectiveness.Coordinate marketing campaigns with the site operation teams.Create and distribute Quarterly Lockwood Company updates both internally and externally.Maintain clear lines of communicationAll other duties as assigned.Skills and knowledge necessary for satisfactory performance include but are not limited to:

Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.Bachelors' degree or equivalent professional training experience- preferably in sales/marketing and advertising.Minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing and advertising experience.Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.Ability to read, analyze and interpret data.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in a professional and timely manner.
