POSITION SUMMARY

The Coordinator - Marketing supports marketing ideas and activities, as well as creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messaging is consistent with the overall image of the company, brand, and marketing strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project manages and coordinates tradeshow participation in consultation with the sales & marketing teams and manages trade show inventory.Research various industry tradeshows and provide tradeshow recommendations.Involved in marketing process creation & documentation.Creates and/or edits marketing and sales support materials including sales presentations and product/services brochures needed for tradeshows and events.Contributes to development of the content marketing strategy and works with the content marketing manager to support content development.Executes messaging and content on all marketing channels, including email and social media.Is able to independently draft social media (LinkedIn) content, get it approved and post.Updates website to keep all pages including but not limited to events, job openings, blogs and case studies current.Develops, manages and analyzes effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.Work with agencies to deliver on projects.Manages the marketing budget to keep track of spending and ROI.Additional duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field3+ years of previous marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applicationsProficiency in adobe's creative suite (Photoshop, illustrator, premier) is an advantage.Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. This is also a position for someone who is highly organized.Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clientsAbility to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Ability to work with and influence peers and senior managementSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingOccasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.Ability to work overtime as necessary
