Freshman Academy is an online company that has prepared young high school graduates for the most competitive American colleges. Operating since 2019, our academy has assisted students in admission to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Stanford, Berkeley, Babson, and many more.

Freshman is a growing international team of teachers, mentors, and admissions consultants–all based in 8 countries and coordinating online. Currently, we are hiring a full-time Marketing & Sales Manager to promote our Social Media and systematize Ads.

Main Responsibilities:

– Research and generate content ideas based on the target audience

– Design weekly content plans with the Marketing Team

– Coordinate timely content production with our copywriter and designer

– Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity

– Propose original content on TikTok and Instagram IGs

– Assist in sales and ad production

Requirements:

– Excellent writing and editing skills in English (preferably knowledge of Russian and Uzbek as well)

– Creativity and the ability to generate viral content ideas.

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

– Strong research and analytical skills.

– Curiosity and passion for working in an educational company.

– Experience in copywriting or content creation (at least two years)

– Experience studying in an International Liberal Arts College will be an advantage

– Experience working in an online setting is preferable

– Experience in creating content on TikTok is preferable
