No matter the location, we tailor our experience to ensure our employees are creative, productive, and happy.As a Partner Marketing Manager supporting the Cash App and Afterpay Enterprise businesses, you are responsible for developing, managing and scaling marketing programs, driving the success of our partnership with the top companies and retailers in the US.Within this highly cross-functional role, you will work with multiple teams across various functions including Sales and Account Management, Ads/Affiliates, Integrated Marketing & Marketing channel leads, Legal, and Insights & Analytics. The programs you develop will primarily be pitched and executed at scale through the Account Management team, while you serve as the overall program manager, measuring, iterating and optimizing strategies over time.Responsibilities:

Drives the Marketing Strategy for the Enterprise segment, through internal & external co-marketing opportunities, Partner channel strategies/best practices and advises on co-marketing spend to drive partnership growth.Develops repeatable Enterprise merchant co-marketing opportunities such as seasonal campaigns in collaboration with consumer marketing and creative.Collaborates with B2B content marketing to develop compelling collateral driving engagement with our co-marketing opportunities.Supports Enterprise Account Management in pitching and messaging marketing opportunities.Ensures flawless execution of a merchant’s co-marketing campaign by collecting assets and briefing teams, ensuring creative complies with merchant and Afterpay brand guidelines and all necessary internal and external approvals are received to keep project launches on schedule.Collaborate with Insights & Analytics on campaign performance to share back with the merchant and the business. Develop Merchant and Campaign benchmarks for future campaigns.Determine the effectiveness of your marketing strategies at the segment level by measuring the impact to our goals and optimize across performance, operations and xfn collaboration.Qualifications

Who You Are:You are a strategic marketer, detail oriented and have experience scaling programs.You have proven success in developing impactful campaigns across multiple channels.You are a storyteller, pitching ideas and concepts comes naturally to you.You are a self-starter, able to take ownership and responsibility for projects. You anticipate problems and roll up your sleeves to tackle large projects and get things done.You know how to communicate proactively and effectively with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.You excel at project management and have proven the ability to implement process optimization cross-functionally to achieve results.Qualifications:7+ years relevant work experience in marketing with proven ability to develop and lead omnichannel marketing campaigns.Background working with traditional and digital media.Retail and agency experience a plus.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.Additional Information Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
