Audio/Visual Event Producer

to assist in planning and executing world-class internal corporate events for our client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our events are well-coordinated, technically flawless, and deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of AV support for internal corporate events, including but not limited to meetings, town halls, workshops, and presentations.

Work closely with event organizers and stakeholders to understand AV requirements and technical specifications for each event.

Collaborate with presenters and executives to coordinate aspects like sound checks and rehearsals.

Assist event organizers with planning aspects like event agendas, technical transitions, video playback, and live technical demonstrations.

Assist with collecting and validating event media and assets, and make recommendations on best practices for event success.

Collaborate with external AV vendors to procure necessary equipment, ensuring timely delivery and setup.

Work closely with AV Event Technicians, handing off technical details and coordinating as necessary for flawless event execution.

Provide on-site support during events, managing AV logistics and responding to technical inquiries or emergencies as needed.

Oversee post-event teardown of AV resources, in collaboration with the event technician team.

Provide project management of a calendar of events, balancing near-term and long-term event planning needs.

Assist in budget management and cost tracking for event-related expenses.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (4+ years) as an event producer with a focus on AV support, preferably in a corporate environment.

Understanding of terminology and conventions for live event production technology, video conference room technology, and hybrid events (e.g., Zoom) technology.

Experience with Zoom event management required.

Working knowledge of the following technologies:

Google Apps for Business, including Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Groups.

Documentation tools such as Confluence.

Project Management software such as Jira.

Experience managing shows and calling cues is a plus.

Proven, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to regularly work out of our client’s offices.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with external AV vendors and managing vendor relationships is a plus.
