Our vision is to collectively create what’s next through sport, community and the power of our differences.The LA28 organizing committee is an independent, non-profit organization that is privately funded and governed by a board of directors.Hospitality Marketing & Servicing Manager : The LA28 Commercial Hospitality team is leading a think-different approach to modernizing the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality experience for stakeholders and fans through unparalleled access to VIP, once-in-a-lifetime packages. In partnership with On Location, LA28’s Official Hospitality Provider, the Commercial Hospitality team is responsible for creating a robust and integrated commercial hospitality strategy that supports our key stakeholders and operational needs while securing a key revenue stream for LA28.Reporting to the Head of Commercial Hospitality and working hand-in-hand with On Location, the Manager of Hospitality Marketing and Servicing will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Marketing & Servicing Plan for LA28 Hospitality across all client groups. This includes, but is not limited to, creating, planning, executing, and managing the hospitality marketing plan and creative approvals process. Additionally, this role will liaise between internal departments, external stakeholders, partners, and others to develop and implement the hospitality stakeholder servicing plan.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing marketing at large-scale hospitality events while considering operational complexities to ensure objectives are met while contributing to commercial opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

MarketingGuide, monitor and support the marketing activities & delivery of the Global Hospitality Program with our official hospitality provider, On Location, to ensure the joint success of LA28 & On LocationLiaise with LA28 and On Location research and insights teams to develop and deliver surveys, updates, recaps and reporting with accuracy in a timely manner, including recommendations for future marketing executionCoordinate and support our hospitality provider and its sub-distributors’ in relation to marketing, asset and communication rights to integrate products into LA’s materials and campaigns while ensuring differentiation from other LA28 productsDevelop and deliver a robust Hospitality Marketing Calendar that aligns with On Location and LA28 Marketing Teams to build awareness of LA28 Hospitality, drive interest in LA28 Hospitality products, and convert sales.Work with marketing and communications teams to assist with go-to-market communications and Hospitality sales phasing plans.Integrate with the LA28 Ticketing Team and LA28 Marketing Team to ensure cross-promotion and collaboration on all go-to-market strategies, activation plans, and timelines.Lead all approvals processes working closely with the IOC/IPC and the USOPP Teams while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiencies.Proactively support and identify opportunities to improve materials where needed on all Hospitality Sales CampaignsCreate presentations, tracking documents and other work product as neededHandle additional administrative functions as neededStakeholdersConsolidate an overarching Stakeholders Hospitality Plan, integrating all stakeholder group plans (IFs, NOCs, TOPs, etc.) – this plan should establish policies and sales order procedures for all client groups, as well as service levels and T&CsLaunch Games Stakeholders Engagement process to include overall governance, communicated engagement plan and timelines, roles and responsibilities, delivery of appropriate hospitality collateral and assets with terms and conditions per stakeholder group while collecting their feedback and servicing to the best of each stakeholder's needsDevelop Hospitality Guides and Hospitality Product Catalogue inclusive of our approved brand guidelines, key hospitality information (e.g. pricing, competition schedules, etc.), rules and regulations and overall view for the Games Hospitality processBackground & Qualifications:

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant industry experience in marketing, sports marketing, or hospitality marketingBackground in client engagement and servicing through previous related experience as a marketing service coordinator or similar roleKnowledge of creative and marketing toolsKnowledge of CRM software (Salesforce Preferred) and content management systemsCommitment to understanding marketing industry trends, preferably in sports marketing or hospitality marketingAbility to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlinesSelf-directed/self-starter individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProven presentation preparation skills and ability to work and communicate successfully with various audiencesProficient in SEO/SEM and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Professional Sports/Events Hospitality Marketing Background PreferredExpectations:

Bachelor’s Degree Required in Marketing / Sports Marketing or equivalent work experienceThe annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
