Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Advertising We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Tech) on the Amazon Advertiser and Partner Experience (APEx) team for the India market. The north star of the team is to provide a seamless experience to Advertisers/Partners to help them achieve their performance marketing and branding objectives.

Advertising is a strategic bet for Amazon and is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon India. Enabling partners with the right products and tools is important for the growth of our business. We are strengthening our offering by continuously building and enhancing product capabilities to improve advertiser and partner experiences.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead one of the partner (agency) facing products at Amazon India. This product enables account managers of agencies to drive advertisers' success for self-serve advertising products. You will join a fast-paced team and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products. You will have a dedicated engineering and ML team and will work with our advertisers, partners, marketing and sales/BD teams.

You will manage the complete business of your product area including establishing key metrics, setting and meeting goals on business/product metrics, partner engagement, and retention. You will be driving key business metrics for India like partner revenue under influence, partner active rate, etc.

Key job responsibilities:

Identify India-first and India-specific growth opportunities for the advertisement business using data, customer engagement studies and anecdotes.Build product capabilities that help partners drive advertisers' success on the platform.Create detailed near-term and longer-term product roadmaps.Play a key role in go-to-market of product features by influencing marketing narratives and sales/account management processes.Manage all aspects of projects including organizing and planning, estimating, managing resources, tracking and controlling risk and opportunity, quality, documentation and change management.Work closely with tech and ML teams to create execution plans and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.Engage frequently with WW leadership to identify collaboration opportunities - e.g. WW expansion of key product capabilities (developed by India team).You will be part of a lean team of 4-5 PMs reporting to the Advertiser and Partner Experience (APEx) India Product Lead. You will have a dedicated tech team (SDEs, TPM and SDM) for your ad product and ML resources to help you innovate.

You will engage with other key India Ads teams like Demand, Marketing, Sales and Account Management. Beyond these, you will have ample opportunities to interact and influence WW Product, Tech, Applied Science teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
