In this remote role, you will collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.You are an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who can excel at media strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis for our consumer division. If you can oversee multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment and deliver on time while creating a positive working environment, this is the job for you!Responsibilities:The candidate reports to the Director, Media on all media and campaign-related issues. The Manager will actively liaise with consumer marketing and our agency teamsCollaborate with the VP and Director, Marketing to help develop annual media budget and quarterly media campaignsKey partner to manage all acquisition database marketing campaignsDay-to-day point of contact for database marketing media plans with a concentration in prospect direct mail and email - from developing recommendations, execution details, and budget managementCollaborate with internal and external partners to manage the end-to-end direct mail and email data and prospect execution process including list definition, a/b test design, data validation, and performance reportingManipulate large data sets, navigating a variety of servers, data types, and data structuresCreate detailed audience list requirements to support database marketing efforts. Work in partnership with Consumer Marketing, Database Marketing, Analytics, and Product to develop lists based on targeting prospects based on eligibility requirementsSteer cohesive measurement strategy with Data Analytics for weekly telesales and cart performance in-campaign reportingManage the in-campaign reporting on weekly results to analyze overall performance including test insights and contribute to testing roadmap initiativesAssist with media agencies’ relationships and their day-to-day management including driving projects and managing deliverablesAnalyze media performance with a critical eye for ongoing improvement; work with the marketing analytics team and MMM data to draw insight from campaign results and leverage learnings to steer future performanceBe the connective tissue across internal teams including Media, Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Expansion, Analytics, and external partnersContribute to media strategy presentationsResearch and implement new emerging media opportunities and technologies relevant to our media strategiesMaintain current knowledge of media, marketing, and industry best practicesYour Leadership Style:You deliver excellence, embrace change, and make improvements to working practicesYou have a high EQ, great people skills, and can influence and build constructive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholdersYou challenge the status quo and are intensely curiousYou pace with what is happening at the edges to remain relevant and lead the business into the futureRequirements:6+ years experience as Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent with a strong background in database marketing including direct mail and email; understanding of digital media is preferredAnalytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyStrong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required; SQL is a plusHighly organized, ability to work freely in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to changing priorities with a high level of responsiveness and a result-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skillsTelecom industry is preferredFrontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
