Are you interested in designing next-generation experiences for many customers—from pro creatives to creative communicators? We believe GenAI should accelerate creativity and not replace it; this role is to play a key role in the future.What you’ll do As a key design member and leader with a point of view on our team, you will be an integral part of designing integrated experiences to transform the future of 3D creative work; beyond the traditional set of Adobe tools. Because what we do involves many partner teams, we need someone who is motivated by collaboration and driving progress toward the best solutions through leadership and innovation.In this role, you will:
Steward GenAI strategy for enterprise content creation at scale across the MINT design team and beyond.Define and communicate clear strategy and vision in a relatable, inspirational, and simple way to understand.Reach out and listen to the 3D creative community, reading between the lines to connect friction points to experience solutions.Find opportunities to create simplicity out of complexity. Make a plan and take action in ambiguous circumstances.Explore design ideas via sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes. Use feedback and research to refine and iterate towards product objectives. Pair strong communication skills with a user-centered perspective to influence and persuade.Dig in with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies to match user needs.Collaborate with senior executives, product managers, senior engineering scientists, and partners across the company to bring new products to life.Proactively collaborate across multiple teams to align on strategy and extend design patterns.What you need to succeedMust-haves:
Proven experience and/or training in design or a related fieldA background and understanding of 3D tools and the community surrounding that spaceA history of leading design for and launching complex, yet intuitive productsCollege degree or equivalent practical experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or related design fieldMastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or FigmaAbility to build functional prototypes to test with users and or work closely with prototypersExperience working iteratively with engineering teams to bring the vision to lifeVery strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and storytelling skillsAbility to contribute to the creative spirit of the Adobe Design teamExcellent design craft and the ability to blend that with strong intuition for businessA real passion for collaborating across many subject areasNice-to-haves:
