For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.We're seeking a skilled Creative Specialist to join our team and assist with our B2B and B2C marketing efforts. As our Creative Specialist, you will spearhead the strategy and design for digital marketing visual assets across various channels, including paid social, organic social, and the website. You will be responsible for devising new creative concepts and executing the design of those assets to drive engagement with our target audiences.This is a collaborative position that also requires a high degree of independent work due to the nature of our small team. The Creative Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing.Responsibilities:Lead the conceptualization and design of compelling digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, animations, website visuals, display ads, email templates, and other promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign goals and audience insights, translating requirements into visually impactful and effective creative solutions.Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring visual coherence and brand integrity in all creative executions, while also exploring innovative approaches to elevate brand perception and engagement.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and visual communication, continuously seeking inspiration and new ideas to enhance creative output and drive results.Manage end-to-end design processes, from concept ideation and wireframing to final execution and production, while also collaborating with other stakeholders or agencies as needed to support project requirements and timelines.Conduct regular performance analyses of creative assets, leveraging data insights and feedback to iterate on designs, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement in engagement metrics and conversion rates.Proactively identify opportunities for creative experimentation and A/B testing to optimize design elements, messaging, and user experience, driving incremental improvements in campaign effectiveness and ROI.Effectively communicate and present creative concepts and design rationale to internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and incorporating input to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.Preferred Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.Proven track record of 2-4 years in a creative role, with experience in designing digital marketing assets for B2B and B2C audiences, preferably within the fashion or tech industry.Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts and executions across various digital channels.Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually compelling and engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate ideas and feedback clearly and persuasively.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet project timelines and deliverables.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for exploring new design trends, technologies, and techniques to drive innovation and elevate brand creativity and visual identity.Adaptability and flexibility to iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights, while also maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all creative executions.
