In this role, you will be responsible for writing comprehensive reports, based on Penta’s proprietary research and insights tools, generating timely and visually dynamic short-form content, and aligning internal resources and stakeholders to support Penta’s recruitment and marketing objectives.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact within our organization by harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and create compelling content that resonates with our audience. Oversee and draft multiple, comprehensive reports based on Penta’s quantitative and qualitative research.Content creation:

Develop high-quality content including blog posts, articles, and email copy tailored to various audiences, incorporating data-driven insights to enhance engagement and support Penta’s marketing goals.Social media strategy:

Oversee basic social media activity, develop guiding strategies, and support multi-channel marketing.Website maintenance:

Periodically update online assets and upload reports, blog posts, and other content.Identify and develop insights:

Utilize analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets.Email marketing support:

Partner with team members to compose and deploy engaging email copy and strategies.Research:

Support policymaker research efforts by helping craft research agenda and interpreting results.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Proven experience in a similar role with a strong track record of generating reports, creating compelling content, and extracting insights from data.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Desired Qualifications:Experience engaging and conducting outreach with policymakers or legislative staff.Familiarity with policy and advocacy landscapes in DC, Europe, Asia, and state capitals.Inclination to develop new relations and assist with hosting professional events.Benefits:Competitive salary and compensation structureExcellent health care benefits with 100% of individual employee premiums and 50% of dependent health care premiums covered.Competitive retirement benefits with 401(k) matchingTwelve weeks paid parental leave.Monthly stipend for cell phoneGenerous paid time off and holiday scheduleFrequent firm-wide social events and activitiesExcellent environment for learning and growthLocation:This position is for US-based personnel and preference will be given to applicants in Washington, DC metro areas who can be in-person in-office three days per week.
