Position SummaryAs

Manager of Social Media

Strategy, you will design and implement the social media strategy for four core brands and collective 70+ Division Partners. Working with the VP of Digital and Technology and brand partners, you will be responsible for identifying relevant and appropriate channels for each business unit and setting relevant KPIs for each platform. In this role, the individual will be the organization's social media expert and will guide representatives for each brand and the Creative Services team as they craft appropriate content for brand channels and respond to social media inquiries.

Create overarching social media strategies for each of the parent company's four core brands and 70+ Division PartnersDefine key performance indicators for social mediaMonitor social channels through Hootsuite and native channels and generate reports to track engagement and key social metricsWork with Shared/Creative Services and Brand teams to create compelling text, video and graphic social media postsApply knowledge of emerging trends and technologies to social programs and keep the broader marketing team informed on changes to social platform offeringsMonitor competitors across social media channels and keep Brand teams informed as to changes in strategiesCoordinate with paid team to ensure organic and paid social strategies are working together to drive KPIsWork with PR leadership and agencies to define and support live event social strategy and provide hands-on support as neededGuide Brand social media coordinators on best practices for content and community management and review monthly content calendars

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awarenessOversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistencyCreate, maintain, and grow new and existing social networksMonitor social media progress using web analytic toolsIncorporate optimization strategies, analyze data, and research the best ways to increase trafficReview the success of campaigns and develop ways to improveSecure new influencer partnershipsResearch new social media platforms, trends, and industry opportunitiesProvide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategistsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Google Analytics or similarProficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practicesExcellent analytical and time-management skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projectsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or related fieldA minimum of three years of social media management experienceStrong B2B marketing background preferredExperience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpotExperience with CanvaExperience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platformsExperience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
