ABC 13 is the proud media partner for the Houston Marathon, Galveston Mardi Gras, the Houston Rodeo Parade and the Houston Pride Parade, and the Freedom Over Texas July 4th celebration.KTRK ABC13 in Houston is looking for an Executive Producer for our growing 24/7 streaming channel and live content distribution touch points.What You Will Do:Areas of focus will be managing our streaming news channel along with producing and managing any and all live content.We're looking for a driven journalist who understands the changing needs of our audience on a minute-by-minute basis and is able to pivot to respond. Whether it's for breaking weather or traffic, big breaking news or important investigative work, we are a news-first organization that produces 13 live hours of news a day with hard-hitting information and very little fluff.The right candidate has a high attention to detail, understanding the nuances of every element we stream or broadcast and has a high technical skill to manage and regularly operate our newsroom production system, alongside our producer/anchors.
