ABOUT THE WORSHIP/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead weekend services to help all people know God and serve others, thinking through the lens of someone who is new to church and far from God.Lead the worship planning process to create, plan, and implement worship experiences.Oversee recruiting, training, onboarding, scheduling, development, and care of the Worship Team.Work closely with the online and tech leader to implement and ensure excellence.POTENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee communications, social media or another ministry area based on skill set and/or experience.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in staff meetings, denominational activities/meetings, and Irresistible Church Network (North Point Church/Ministries) activities as directed by the Lead Pastor.Support other First Naz ministry areas as needed.Participate in weddings, funerals, and other functions as needed.WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHOHas the ability to lead well vocally.Is clearly articulate - who has the ability to feel comfortable on stage where it is natural for them to speak between songs, pray, set up different elements of the service, etc.Is creative - who has the ability to take the Lead Pastor’s “big idea” (given 6-12 weeks in advance) and creatively plan worship services using a variety of experiential elements centered around the big idea.
