THE ROLEThe Social Media Manager will develop and implement innovative platform and content strategies that drive Social Media channel growth, community engagement and e-commerce revenue.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Content Strategy:•Partner with CEO/Founder and internal teams to develop best-in-class social media strategies that deliver on the brand's unique tone of voice and positioning.•Develop multi-channel commercial strategies that increase year-over-year traffic and eCommerce revenue across all social media channels•Focusing on Instagram and TikTok, develop a comprehensive content calendar that builds upon content pillars, includes social-first content, retail and brand events, social giveaways, influencer activations, brand campaigns and brand partnerships.Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Communications and e-commerce to support key brand initiatives and communicate consistent, cohesive product messagineg to drive business results.•Identify, develop and execute on social first concepts as part of 360 Marketing Campaigns

•Serve as internal expert on key social trends, reacting and building on strategies as the channel and platforms evolve

•Analyze data and performance in real time, updating the Executive team on performance and optimizing strategies and content accordingly.

Content Development & Management:•Lead day-to-day activities to maintain all social network accounts and communications on platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Twitter, etc.•Lead concepting & ideas, briefs and storyboarding

•Motivate the Design / Creative Services team to consistently deliver unique, social first brand content

•Project Management: Prioritize projects, define deadlines and ensure that deliverables are met by the team which includes daily delivery of Social Media content suggestions and trends

•Develop pre-production decks in partnership with Creative for approval ahead of shoots

•Identify new creators for brand partnership

•Attend social shoots, overseeing content creators and tracking pre-established deliverables

•Manage social media relationship with external brand partners and sponsors, ensuring optimal strategy and execution of social media for activation

•Engage external brand partners to cross promote content from alice + olivia's platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:•5 + years of experience developing and managing social media strategy preferably with a fashion brand / founder led brand or social media based company•Track record of driving results through creating and managing social media content, audience development and engagement.•Early adopter of new platforms, systems and tools for creating content nimbly.•Knowledge of and a passion for fashion, trending news, culture and social media topics that influence consumer behavior.•Ability to use a strong data-orientation and analytical mindset, coupled with creative thinking to generate compelling, engaging and social content.•Creative, strategic and collaborative approach to problem solving.•Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to interact with senior leaders.•Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to write clear compelling content and use storytelling to build engagement.

•Fine-tuned presentation skills, ability to develop clear proposals, speak concisely, and understand different audiences

•Resourcefulness and resilience; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalentexperience.

$100,000 - $115,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY- based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO
