Lead Graphic + Digital Designer for Tech Startup (equity only)

We're an early stage tech company taking on a large, undisrupted, ~$50b industry. We've been quietly building behind closed doors. We have a full stack senior engineering team, seasoned operators, and professional photographers in house and we're launching in LA this Summer, pursuing nationwide expansions shortly thereafter. As the product gets finished, we are looking to find a Lead Digital and Graphic Designer to create our brand identity and run design.We're looking for someone energetic, hungry, and eager. If you're creative, enthusiastic, and ready to DIRECTLY build/create results in the startup world, this is for you. This role is for a doer, not an advisor. This is an opportunity to create a leading brand in an untapped industry. Roles, responsibilities, and skills would include:- Create the brand's visual identity: including logo, colors, typography, and UI- Assist in Brand Positioning through design- Create marketing, promotional, and social media assets- Rebrand and revise pitch deck for Seed and subsequent raises- In addition to UI element design, Figma and user experience knowledge is a major plus- Motion graphic experience a major plusIf you're looking to join an early stage company with tons of upside potential, please inquire, we want to speak to you.
