Join us to invest in yourself, your career, and the financial world.The role:The SoFi Affiliate Team is seeking an Affiliates Director to join us as we evolve our core channel & platform functions and processes and expand our affiliate partnerships and performance across multiple verticals. This role will serve as the primary leader in strengthening our Foundational Capabilities for the Affiliate Channel as a whole. This most directly involves overseeing our internal & external Compliance Management functions, and also includes owning our tech capabilities roadmap, test & learn strategy, insights development, finance operations, and funnel optimization.This role will also serve as the leader for our expanded Banking & Member Growth verticals, setting the strategy and directly managing a team of 3+ Affiliate Managers and Senior Managers responsible for Checking & Savings, Invest, Credit Card and Relay Credit Score & Insights affiliate acquisitions. Besides owning the external relationships & engagement with top affiliate partners at the most senior levels, this role will drive the internal strategy and narrative at a x-functional leadership level across Product Marketing, BU, Finance, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering to identify opportunities and achieve our strategic objectives.What you'll do:Evolve foundational channel capabilities, including leading affiliate compliance processes, enhancing tech integrations,, testing, insights, finance ops,, funnel optimization, etc.Improve the day-to-day operations and processes for affiliate channel management, including partner onboarding, ad operations, invoicing, creative development, etc.Lead a team of 3+ Affiliate Managers and Senior Managers to drive Member Growth and achieve strategic objectives for our Checking & Savings, Invest, Credit Card and Relay Credit Score & Insights productsServe as Business Operations lead for Affiliate Channel broadly, crafting team presentations, supporting recurring routines & processes, organizing conference and offsite agendas, etc.Own and strengthen relationships with key partnerships at the leadership level to enable strategic opportunitiesEstablish team priorities and operating model, coaching & guiding team members to grow as independent leadersCultivate short- and long-term strategies for growing and strengthening SoFi's affiliate marketing position and channel capabilitiesDevelop forecasts and identify trends, areas of improvement and opportunities and recommend ways to achieve objectivesOptimize and develop affiliate programs balancing growth, cost, and LTV, and strategically scale major affiliate accountsUse data to derive insights and drive optimization decisions on campaign performanceIdentify new opportunities and partnerships and cultivate initiatives from ground upEnhance team understanding of emerging lead generation capabilities and tacticsRefine the affiliate funnel from lead to revenue to increase channel effectivenessDrive the internal strategy and narrative at a x-functional leadership level Product Marketing, Business Unit, Finance, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering to refine internal strategy and achieve goals

What you'll need:10+ years of performance marketing, with minimum 5+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience in Financial Services3+ years of direct people management experience of teams larger than 315+ years of experience overall, (12 with Master's degree)Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferredData driven mindset towards optimizing and scaling partnerships and performance campaignsProven ability to develop cohesive strategies from rapidly changing and ambiguous objectivesAble to thrive in a fast paced, performance driven environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsSuperior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with comfort working with, presenting or negotiating with partners & internal stakeholders at most senior levelsPassion for building and maintaining strong partner relationshipsDemonstrated interest in emerging digital marketing trends and capabilities , shows interest and initiatives to test in new verticals and tactics.Familiarity with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, Tableau, Snowflake, etc.) a mustDemonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
