As a Designer, you will be responsible for:Actively engage in sales outreach activities to increase lead generation and trade partner relationshipsImplementing retention programs to ensure the ongoing engagement of existing clientsPrepare and present regular activity reports to showroom managerAttend local trade and social events in order to increase client networkExisting network of luxury clients to bring on board - interiors designers, architects developers etc...QualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldStrong interior design skillsProven sales experienceAbility to work well in a team and individuallyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication processesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team membersExperience with project management and overseeing installationsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
