You will be responsible for the HCP marketing of CALQUENCE, a cornerstone brand in our Hematology Franchise. This is where you’ll find newly-designed, activity-based workspaces to suit a variety of working styles while strengthening collaboration between teams.Accountabilities:As the Director, you will develop and implement a robust commercial strategy for CALQUENCE in CLL and MCL. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups for the development and implementation of strategic and execution plans. You will also represent the brand at a national and regional level in key field force interactions. Your role will involve optimizing marketing DBE spending across indications and leading partnership efforts with Global leaders to define life-cycle priorities.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldA minimum of 8 years of experience in brand strategy with a minimum of 3 years in oncology brand managementA minimum of 3 years of experience in a US MarketA minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, brand strategy, and/or oncology salesExperience with marketing in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industryValidated ability to lead sophisticated projects in a matrixed environment with a global teamStrong business acumenPrior in-line HCP marketing experienceLaunch ExperienceAOR ManagementPreferred Experience:Hematology U.S. Oncology experience is highly preferredUnderstanding of landscape including Community oncology and Hospital oncology dynamicsKnowledgeable of customer segments and impact on the Oncology Ecosystem including but not limited to GPOs, Payer landscape, Specialty Pharmacy partnersIn-depth Marketing experienceExperience across multiple promotional channelsExhibit a high degree of clinical competence and some financial competenceWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
