With a 5:1 staff-to-guest ratio, the award-winning wellness program is customized to suit personal fitness and wellness needs, resulting in improved health and vitality physically, mentally, and emotionally.Position PurposeThe Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance the health spa's brand presence and drive business growth. This role involves leading and managing marketing initiatives, overseeing advertising and promotional campaigns, and ensuring all activities align with the spa's values and mission. The Marketing Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies that attract and retain clients, boost engagement, and achieve organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a marketing plan to achieve spa objectives and manage reservations and group sales. Adjust marketing strategies based on research and market conditions. Oversee all marketing, sales, PR, and promotional activities, and propose strategies to senior management. Create and manage the annual marketing plan and budget while maintaining accurate departmental records. Coordinate group retreat strategies, supervise marketing projects, and handle media inquiries. Manage print production, newsletters, and email blasts, and secure guest speakers and partnership opportunities. Organize photo shoots and TV filming, conduct client tours, and attend sales meetings and networking events. Maintain the spa's website and online presence, adhere to deadlines, and ensure high-quality service. Represent the spa professionally, manage staff performance, and comply with labor laws and safety regulations. Document discussions, conduct performance reviews, and participate in safety seminars. Perform additional duties as required.Qualifications:Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in MarketingKnowledge:

Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Graphic Design and Social Media programsExperience:

Three years successfully managing a marketing department preferably in the hospitality industrySkills/Abilities:Excellent assessment and problem-solving skillsProficient in managing public relations and media eventsStrong leadership and team motivation abilitiesAdvanced social media expertiseExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with effective prioritization and time managementStrong follow-up and correspondence capabilitiesAbility to travel and represent the spa at eventsSkilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, contracts, and proceduresCollaborative team player with a positive attitude under stressQuick to resolve conflicts and adapt to changing situationsAvailability:
