Executive Visibility Manager - Legal Communications

Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit an Executive Visibility Manager to be a key member of the firm's marketing communications team. You will collaborate with partners, attorneys and practice group leadership in identifying and securing influencial financial industry speaking engagements, conference participation and related networking opportunities to raise executive visibility with key stakeholders in the private equity, capital markets and M&A industry.Responsibilities:Collaborate with partners, attorneys and practice group leadership in identifying and securing influencial financial industry speaking engagements, conference participation and related networking opportunities to raise executive visibility with key stakeholders in the private equity, capital markets and M&A industryManage and own relationships with conference organizers in the legal and financial industriesOversee conference participation and engagementMap out and manage the annual visibility calendar for attorneys, partners and practice groupsEnsure participation engagement with influential sponsorship opportunities, events and conferencesWork closely with business development and marketing colleagues across practice and industry groups to ensure individual attorney participation and engagementManage and mentor junior team membersRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred6+ years of executive visibility, public relations agency or related marketing communications experienceExperience identifying and engaging on financial industry speaking, sponsorship, event and/or conference opportunitiesAdvanced project management experienceDemonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives or attorneysPrior people management experienceSuperb communications and presentation skills
