The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across various platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development:Conceptualize and Implement Campaigns: Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and target demographic within the music and entertainment industry.Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify key influencers and content creators that align with the brand's ethos and campaign objectives.Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and conduct competitor analysis to ensure our influencer marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management:Influencer Identification & Outreach: Source and engage with influencers, negotiating terms and contracts while fostering long-term relationships.Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and delivers on campaign objectives.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships and campaigns, providing regular reports to stakeholders.Campaign Management:Project Coordination: Oversee campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are met promptly and within budget.Content Approval: Review and approve influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Crisis Management: Respond quickly and effectively to any issues or controversies that arise from influencer partnerships.Reporting & Analysis:ROI Assessment: Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess return on investment (ROI).Data-Driven Insights: Provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on campaign data and performance metrics.Collaboration & Communication:Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to influencer marketing.External Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and influencers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to campaign requirements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the music, entertainment and tech industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to interpret and analyze performance data to inform decisions.Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for campaigns.Strong project management skills, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant work samples or case studies that demonstrate your experience in influencer marketing within the music and entertainment industry.
