offers a comprehensive portfolio of products for plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.Position Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Traveling Events Specialist. This person will be responsible for hosting events at medical aesthetic practices to promote and sell cash-pay aesthetic procedures such as body contouring and radio frequency microneedling. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently while educating and exciting doctors, clinic employees, and potential patients.If you are a self-starter who is passionate about sales, event planning, and the medical aesthetic industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Traveling Events Specialist. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages and a dynamic work environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and execute events at medical aesthetic practices to promote and sell cash-pay aesthetic procedures.Work independently to ensure that all events are attended and successful.Meet with practices remotely during a 6-8-week timeline to help them successfully advertise their event.Educate doctors and clinic employees on marketing, sales, consultations, and how to close business.Excite patients by providing informative and engaging presentations.The ability to consult with patients and determine what treatments and how many treatments are right for them.Have excellent closing skills while in the consult room to increase patient conversions and revenue for the practice.Build strong relationships with medical aesthetic practices to create successful partnerships for the company.Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, procedures, and emerging technology.Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop marketing strategies for promoting cash-pay aesthetic procedures.Manage travel schedule to ensure all events are attended and successful.Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in sales, event planning, or related field.Experience in the aesthetic industry at the clinical level.Excellent communication and public speaking skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Knowledge of marketing, sales, consultations, and how to close business.
