This role involves leading a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional delivery of marketing science solutions, and fostering innovation to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will deeply understand paid and owned media, with a strong background in precision marketing and data science.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement (20%):Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client.Ensure marketing science strategies are aligned with client objectives and expectations.Act as a primary point of contact for client-related marketing science inquiries and needs.People Leadership (40%):Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of marketing science professionals.Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Manage team performance, set goals, and provide feedback and support.Strategic Planning (40%):Drive thought leadership by developing innovative marketing science strategies and solutions.Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client campaigns and agency capabilities.Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into the team's work.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments and teams within the organization and across the broader network.Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure cohesive execution of client strategies.Qualifications:Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in marketing science, with significant experience in both paid and owned media.Skills:

Expertise in precision marketing, segmentation, predictive modeling, and data analysis.Leadership:

Proven track record of managing and developing teams.Client Management:

Experience in managing high-profile clients and delivering impactful marketing science solutions.Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
