Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager, Public Sector , you will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to effectively promote our solutions within the federal government. This is an exciting opportunity to help build our business from the ground up in the public sector industry. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the federal market and FedRAMP, the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling content, and a strategic mindset to enhance PagerDuty's presence and influence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and drive clear and compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our solutions in the federal market.

Develop and successfully implement a robust content strategy; craft and communicate compelling content (white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics and more) that resonate with federal audiences and highlight the value and impact of our solutions.

Train internal sales teams and enable key partners on key messaging and positioning to ensure alignment and effectiveness in communications.

Representing the team, work closely with product management, sales, subject matter experts and other internal teams to gather insights, influence messaging and ensure content aligns with product features and benefits.

Work closely and build trust with key partners, including government contractors, system integrators, and resellers, at all leadership levels, to develop joint marketing strategies and collateral that enhance product visibility and reach within the federal market.

Create clearly defined metrics for success.

Act as a team champion to drive results across the team, providing coaching and guidance to others

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing for SaaS-based or software businesses, preferably focused on the public sector or federal market.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful GTM strategies for complex federal sales cycles.

Strong understanding of federal government procurement processes and regulations.

Expertise in FedRAMP requirements and processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven background building a program from the ground up.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not required)

The base salary range for this position is 142,000 - 221,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position.
