Description
Responsibilities The Federation Services team is responsible for the administration and operation of the PingFederate, PingID, and Azure AD platform and the support of federation services for the client users and third party vendors. Federation services will work with other IDM services to effectively create a solution to meet the user needs. Troubleshooting across service offerings will be necessary as well as working with external third party technical staff. The team is responsible for the design and execution of LCM, security, and product enhancement projects for the platform.Job DutiesManagement and administration of the PingFederate applicationManagement and administration of the PingID cloud applicationAdministration of the Azure AD cloud application including Application Registration, Conditional Access, License assignments, Privileged role management, user and group management, and tenant administration.Project design and implementationConsult with customers on how best to create a federated integration to meet their needsConsult with client personnel on future needs and service functionalityWork with vendor on application issues and future enhancementsTroubleshoot user and auto generated incidentsCreation of scripts PowerShell to automate job duties and improve processesCreation of federated integrations based on customer and vendor needsCreation of authentication policiesSecurity patching of platformParticipate in an on call rotation US OnlyMaintain quality documentationCreate and maintain service catalog formsRequired Skills Requirements and QualificationsBasic Windows Server knowledgeBasic networking knowledgeUnderstanding of the architecture of Azure ADKnowledge of SAML and OAUTH federated protocolsCustomer service skills both written and verbalAbility to communicate professionally with multiple levels of responsibilitiesFriendly and personable demeanorBe a team playerHaving the ability to multi task efficientlyMust be fluent in English
