Our client is a leading Healthcare & Technology student centered College that strives daily to be the premiere choice for an Allied Health and IT Education. They are looking to add a Director of Recruitment who will be responsible for placing graduating students in new job opportunities around the Delray Beach area.

About the role:

- 100% on-site at Delray Beach campus

- Full-time, direct with client (not through our agency)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

About the role: The Director of Recruitment plays a critical role in attracting and partnering with clients who are interested in placing new grads for their open entry level or other positions. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and networking skills, as well as a proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment. By effectively engaging with graduating students and promoting the organization's talent to prospecting clients, the Director of Recruitment contributes to the success and growth of the organization's and students success. In addition, this person will source and contact medical and IT organizations to establish a working partnership and help set up the college's students with interviews and different opportunities.

Qualifications:- Recruiting for Medical or IT experience required-Client focused and Business Development experience required- Connections with organizations in or around Delray Beach area- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/ Campus Vue a plus- College campus recruiting experience preferred- Familiarity with different healthcare organizations in the area

Pay Details:

$90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
