Selected candidates for hire must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. This is not a remote position. Must be able to obtain Secret-level clearance from the DoD.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior level Graphics Designer to work with a team of Instructional Designers (IDs) and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You’ll create 2D images, edit photos and video, and design complex charts and wireframes. Must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools and Autodesk 3D Max as needed. Duties may include planning, designing, and preparation of media (audio, video and visual), as well as strategy and conceptualization of new designs.

Responsibilities:

Review Government Furnished Information.

Review graphic media requests from the IDs.

Lead design meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs) and IDs.

Support location video/photo shoots as needed.

Create photos, videos, 2D and 3D still images, and complex drawings.

Qualifications:

Required:

(BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Painter, Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder).

Experience with Autodesk 3D Max.

Prior experience working with a training team developing complex media.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.

Desired:

Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.

Active Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
