Position Summary In this role, you will be: • Owning 1-2 significant strategic projects that showcase your ability to leverage consumer insights, healthcare and Retail market trends, and internal data to determine addressable/attainable business opportunities and translate them into an effective marketing plan. • Driving Marketing creative work and may encompass writing strategic Marketing briefs and managing the work through the review process with Media, Creative, Loyalty, Merchandising, Legal, Privacy and other business partner stakeholders. • Additionally, this role will have the opportunity to be exposed to other areas of Marketing strategy, ranging from Digital and Operations to Public Relations and Marketing Analytics. Note: Final team placement will be determined in Q2 2025 and actual role may vary from above.

The preferred work location will be Woonsocket RI, however the hiring team may also consider Hartford-CT, New York City-NY, and Wellesley-MA

Required Qualifications • 2+ years of professional work experience • Should currently be pursuing an MBA Preferred Qualifications • Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills • Demonstrated leadership experience and initiative • Previous consulting, healthcare, and or retail experience preferred but not required Education must have obtained MBA

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
