Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Location:

560 Mission Street, #1300 13th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.

Salary:

$186,846 - $190,000/year

Job Description:

Partner with business leaders, staff clinicians, utilization management, network development, provider services, product development, and marketing departments to identify business challenges, formulate a data plan, drive the insights, and develop solutions to enable the business teams to perform at the highest levels. Execute complex data analysis, using multiple data sources, to achieve quantifiable results that will impact either business units or enterprise business processes. Provide support to our Segment Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Network Development, and Product Strategy teams by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market opportunities, assessing business performance, and conducting predictive analytics. Manage end-to-end analytics project planning, execution, testing, and insights delivery to foster data-driven decision making by analyzing Enrollment Provider. Research and analyze market data, sales activity, network depth and breadth, network financial, and segment performance trends to identify and help business focus on the most promising growth opportunities. Lead projects end-to-end by identifying approach, developing project plans, designing data solutions, conducting data analyses, and presenting insights to stakeholders. Serve as a key member of cross-functional growth teams providing these teams with data-driven insights that lead to improved customer experiences and business performance. Manage requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation processes to capture end-user needs. Drive analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business teams and defining a clear plan for analysis. Ensure the validity of all data loaded into data systems by identifying and establishing appropriate business rules, KPIs, and validation criteria. Design and develop data pipelines and solutions in ETL tools, SQL procedures, and Python Scripts for Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Call Center, Financial, external firmographic, and economic datasets. Create reports and analyze data to identify solutions that meet business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilizing SQL to transform, analyze and extract data from large, disparate data sources including databases, external data sources, flat files, etc.;Utilizing tools such as SQL and Alteryx to prepare data for analysis in a methodical and repeatable manner and to leverage statistical concepts and methodologies to determine relationships and trends in datasets relevant to established analysis goals;Data visualization: designing and building Tableau dashboards to visualize and report on trends and relationships in our data;Data querying from data warehouses, data analytics, and developing and communicating insights for analyses;Managing requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation processes to capture stakeholder needs; andDeveloping effective and concise written reports and presenting on them to senior-level stakeholders to communicate key findings and recommendations to support data-driven and evidence-based decision making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, Analytics or other quantitative fields and five [5] years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Statistics, Engineering, Analytics or other quantitative fields and two [2] years of experience in the job offered or related role. Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable.
