You will also be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary communications team.In this role you will:Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver key messages that align with the company's vision and goals.Create and maintain a consistent corporate brand voice across all internal and external communication channels.Lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that elevate the company's brand and reputation.Collaborate on various projects with significant impact on employee mobilization and engagement.Own and manage budget in various philanthropic projects.Provide strategic leadership for tasks within the communications team.Stay updated with best practices in communications and employer branding, and remain informed about industry news.What we're looking for:Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.University degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing or in a related field.More than 15 years of experience in a similar position.Thorough understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic principles.Inspirational leadership and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.Strategic vision, political awareness, results-driven approach, and a particular emphasis on customer satisfaction.
