Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.About the jobTurning Point Brands is seeking a driven and resourceful social media manager to assist in growing and managing the company’s brands’ presence across all social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating and developing social media campaigns, engaging with the community and developing creative content.Essential FunctionsLead the vision across the brands’ social media strategy, including content planning and communication of key brand moments and campaigns.Promote brand partnerships on social media in collaboration with the brand manager’s partnership plan.Oversee all social media channels, including day-to-day management (posting, copywriting and community engagement).Develop strategies to strengthen and grow the community on existing social media platforms, as well as develop strategies for emerging social platforms.Partner cross-functionally within the organization to integrate social and community strategies in all areas of the business.Develop and create content for all social media profiles including producing photoshoots, developing video concepts, graphics and writing copy.Build meaningful relationships with brand partners and other key influencers.Prepare, analyze and distribute reports on social media performance to internal stakeholders.Use social media marketing tools for scheduling and reporting monthly analytics.Monitor user engagement and develop content optimizations based on engagement reports.Opportunity to manage a team of 1-3 internal employees.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree.Strong knowledge and understanding of Instagram/Facebook, Tik-Tok and YouTube.3-5 years of social media and community management experience.Strong creative problem-solving skills with the desire to learn and assist others.Strong organizational skills.A positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment.Let’s talk money and perks!The pay range for this role is between $88,000 to $115,000 a year.
