While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.You will play a crucial role in shaping and driving Veriff’s self-serve GTM strategy. This role is designed for a strategic marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that attract, engage, and retain customers through our self-serve platform. You will work closely with the CRO, President, VP of Marketing, CTO, and other key stakeholders to ensure our self-serve model meets our growth objectives and provides an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies for Veriff’s self-serve GTM model, focusing on strategy, execution, budgeting, reporting, and collaborating.Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.Developing and optimizing landing pages, marketing collateral, and other digital assets to enhance the user experience and maximize conversion rates.Analyzing and reporting on marketing performance, using data to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.Managing the self-serve marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and self-serve models.Qualifications:

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on self-serve or SaaS models.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.You’re an especially awesome match if you have:Previous experience within the identity verification industry or related fields.Experience working in a high-growth tech company.Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI.A passion for protecting honest people online and a commitment to Veriff’s mission.Compensation: Compensation for USA employees: $165,600 - $196,800 per year. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data, and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.Benefits:
