Reaching nearly 1 in 4 American adults, our network is paving the way for a growing part of the advertising market: in-store retail media.We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our products, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive product adoption and media revenue through marketing campaigns based on a deep understanding of our buyers and positioning. You’ll partner with the product, media, and retail teams to shape and market in-store retail media products for both the media and retail sides of our business.Responsibilities We foster an environment of ownership and initiative. Here are some responsibilities this role will own:Establish and maintain a go-to-market (GTM) roadmap based on alignment with the Product team and broader Marketing calendar (key events, etc.)Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to refine our positioning and personasDefine messaging for new products and maintain messaging for existing productsDevelop internal frameworks and processes for taking products and partnerships to marketOwn the development of sales materials that clearly communicate product value propositionsCollaborate with our marketing team to develop content that educates media buyers and retail partners on how best to leverage Grocery TV productsIdentify opportunities to improve our product through measurement and content partnershipsPartner with our Analytics team to design, run, and translate consumer, brand, and retailer surveys into assets (reports, sales materials, etc.) that can be used across our channelsSupport the retail sales team by providing recommendations for retail partners on how they could implement Grocery TV in their storesSupport the media sales team on prepping and packaging measurement studies for brands and agenciesEvery individual has the opportunity to accelerate their career and grow. You have 3-6 years of experience in marketing with 2+ years in product marketing for a startup, ideally in the Advertising or Retail industriesYou have a passion for writing and the ability to adapt your tone and voice to that of a customer or brandYou understand how to translate data into insightsYou have experience with Hubspot and Google AnalyticsYou’ve run successful product launches and product marketing campaignsYou’ve developed tailored sales collateral with an eye for detailsYou’re able to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders + contributorsYou possess excellent communication and organizational skills especially when it comes to managing projects across different functionsYou understand how to build a go-to-market strategy and roadmapNice-to-have: You’re passionate and knowledgeable about the grocery industry and retail mediaCompensation We’re pay transparent and use a market-based formula for salary and equity.
