As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our client’s social media strategies across various platforms. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and have a proven track record of social media growth, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for client’s owned platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.Ideate, create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our client’s audience. This includes visuals, graphics, videos, and captions.Design eye-catching grids and feeds to increase reach and engagement.Oversee and grow pool of external content creators to support brand’s social media content creation.Plan and execute social media campaigns and collaborations to promote client products and brand initiatives.Ensure marketing and content calendar are updated and reflect posting schedule.Oversee day-to-day client social activities on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including content scheduling and performance tracking.Implement strategies to grow our client’s social media communities, increasing followers and engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, digital, influencer, and all LAV teams.Ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns for all clients.Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of clients social media campaigns.Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement to all clients.Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure LAV’s clients remains at the forefront of digital marketing.Pitch new clients and manage social team P&L to meet department financial and growth goals.Who You AreSocial media obsessed.A lover of creating unique, attention-grabbing content.A creative who loves to see ideas come to life.An individual who enjoys social media’s benefits and knows how to use platforms with ease.You are results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive and entrepreneurially minded.Someone who is comfortable with taking initiative and able to spot opportunities.Extremely organized with acute attention to detail while prioritizing tasks amongst tight time pressures.Trustworthy, credible and a joy to be around; high level of integrity and excellent sense of judgment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Preferably 2-3 years of social media experience at a CPG/beverage brand or full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency.2-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.Experience with a variety of social media platforms and expertise on Instagram and TikTok.Experience growing social media followings and raising content engagement.Experience with video and photo editing.Knowledge of editing software such as Splice.Experience in managing cross-functional teams within an agency.Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple projects at the same time.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to self-start and adjust quickly when needed.Excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.This is a hybrid role and our office is in El Segundo, CA.Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
