What we look for:

Associate Marketing Manager (AMM):

in this role, you will be responsible for:

Performing business analysis:

Leverage syndicated data (Circana) and custom research to drive understanding of business health and provide recommendations to strengthen the brand's go-to-market

Lead breakthrough commercial innovation:

Coordinate package and product improvements that enhance the brand

Support business health:

manage A&SP and packaging budgets for the BU marketing team

Contribute to a positive team culture:

support a purpose-driven culture that embraces IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship)

Proven ability to meet project objectives and deliver work on time

Years and Type of Experience Required:

Industry & Skill Experience:

Minimum of 3 years work experience in professional environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Preferences to Consider:

Industry Experience:

2+ years of CPG brand management or related field preferred

Education:

MBA or Masters a plus

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
