About the Job
KWT Global is seeking a talented and dynamic Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. We're looking for a visual storyteller with a keen eye for design and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and a proven ability to translate concepts into visually compelling motion graphics.
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for crafting captivating visual content for a variety of platforms, including social media, promotional videos, and sizzle reels. You will collaborate closely with our design and account teams to develop innovative and effective creative solutions that align with client objectives.

The Candidate must be able to...
Motion Design & Editing:Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)Edit and animate existing and original video content to create engaging and impactful visualsDevelop compelling storyboards for social media content and promotional videosCollaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to life through animation and visual effectsProficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essentialExperience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) is a plusProject Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgetsPrioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlinesCollaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative inputContribute to the overall success of the creative services teamStay Updated:
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and social mediaContinuously develop your skills and explore new creative techniquesOur Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field3+ years of experience in motion graphics design with a strong portfolio showcasing your workExpert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere ProStrong understanding of social media platforms and trendsExcellent storytelling and visual communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skills
Compensation: $62,400-$72,000
