Director, Marketing Science will be responsible for forecasting and associated market research for the oncology division. This role will lead the assessment of the addressable market opportunity and relacorilant’s forecast to inform launch-planning efforts for the successful commercialization of relacorilant in oncology.

Partner with the Sr. Director, Commercial Analytics to design business rules to assess treatment flow and utilization of products across lines of therapy to fine-tune the addressable opportunity for relacorilant in the ovarian cancer market
Lead the development of forecast models (epi-based, patient-flow-based, and account-level based) to build a bottoms-up forecast for relacorilant in ovarian cancer utilizing and triangulating across diverse data sets
Design and conduct market research to understand HCP, payer, and patient response to relacorlant’s TPP to inform launch-planning efforts
Develop a base-case forecast and scenarios based on potential TPP, driving consensus across cross-functional stakeholders
Conduct primary market research to understand the patient journey in the ovarian cancer market
Manage the execution of a baseline ATU to understand attitudes and usage in the ovarian cancer space
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
Proven track record in developing forecast models for in-line and pipeline products in the oncology space
Demonstrated ability to leverage primary and secondary insights to frame forecast drivers, present trade-offs, and to gain consensus on forecast assumptions across diverse stakeholders
Deep experience presenting to senior audiences with the ability to distill complex insights into simple messages to enable decision-making
Experience with Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of relevant experience in analytics/forecasting/market research with increasing responsibility and scope
5+ years of experience working in forecasting with experience in oncology forecasting
Proven ability to build and lead teams
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $204,500 - $240,600; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
