PHINIA promotes a diverse and inclusive environment, honors integrity, strives for excellence, and builds on the power of collaboration.Key responsibilitiesLead the North America Aftermarket Sales, Brand & Communications, and Training teams and drive all key functions therein.Create annual forecast and track monthly spend to ensure sufficient funding available to support team and organizational needs.Owning establishment of objectives and key policy.Sales

Drive top line growth in line with PHINIA EVA and profit guidelines.Lead sales teams & strategy across all Light Vehicle (LV) and Heavy Duty (HD) channels for both IAM and OES segments in USMCA regions.Manage Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) across multiple regions.Drive new customer acquisition as well as growth with existing customers to increase our share of wallet.Assist with revenue forecast accuracy to enable customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory levels.

Marketing

Lead marketing communications and event activities within AFM/OES areas.Drive brand awareness and increased brand value.Lead planning and execution of marketing initiatives; monitor and report against KPIs.Manage PHINIA participation in customer and industry events.Maintain brand guidelines in line with overall Corporate and North America brand strategy.Determine strategies to produce new brand & marketing activities.

Training

Lead training and technical support teams.Develop and execute training strategy; align training objectives with sales team.Benchmark key competitor training programs and identify PHINIA AFM value proposition in the market.Develop and lead monetization strategies for training.Drive customer interaction with Delphi training teams and online resources.

Liaise with both global and other regional teams to review campaigns, synergies, efficiencies, and collaboration opportunities.Any other duties as assigned.What we’re looking forEducation/Experience - Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.10+ years of experience in sales leadership.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly organized and performs well under pressure.Project management skills, able to be proactive and commercially focused when delivering to financial and time-based objectives.Education/Experience - Preferred Qualifications:Graduate level education in related field.Demonstrated experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, especially in roles managing large product portfolio and multiple channels/regions.Experience leading marketing and/or training teams.SafetyYou will consistently hear us say Safety PHIRST!
