Under the guidance of the marketing director, the marketing coordinator gains a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, plays a role in the preparation of integrated digital marketing and social media campaigns, and learns to measure their performance.The marketing coordinator works closely with the digital marketing coordinator and event marketing coordinator to successfully launch campaigns and promotions.The marketing coordinator's primary role is getting product photos and videos of the RV inventory (must be comfortable being outdoors) on a regular basis. For promotion and advertising purposes, this media is used along with authored content on various platforms such as Wordpress, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and most especially, Pete’s RV web properties.A large part of this role is to support the event marketing team with offsite events and RV shows. These are typically regionally based, however; there will be some out of state shows that are required. Pete's RV compensates for travel expenses, meals and any lodging needed during these events.The Pete’s RV marketing department strives to hire and educate our team members with the expectation they cultivate new ways to further improve marketing activities and results.This position is fully onsite at our South Burlington dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties Overview:Assist in overseeing and maintaining ongoing campaign and events scheduleAssist with digital content procurement for events and campaignsAssist event marketing coordinator with promo material design & procurementAdministrator of all social media platformsAssist with on- and offsite event setupMonitor and report regularly on keeping web content current and accurateAssist with the deployment of all email campaigns and maintain contact listsInteraction with event attendees during promotional activitiesLearn to demonstrate marketing performance through metricsLog daily completed tasks on time tracking softwareOther tasks assigned by the marketing manager or ownership teamRequirementsBasic understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and engagement measurement tools such as Google Analytics. Basic graphic design, videography and photography skills a plus.
