Visit us at .We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Studio Manager in our Tyson's Corner Mall store who is ambitious and excited to take the lead. They understand the keys to operating a retail environment and love working with our photogrammetry and 3D technology. They will be smart, imaginative, passionate storytellers capable of developing a compelling experience for customers, their own team, and efficiently running the store that showcases Dopl's brand vision.This role entails working with our proprietary scanning technology and guiding customers through the experience of taking a 3D scan and making their unique and personalized true-to-life miniatures. This candidate should be a passionate storyteller who will deliver a knowledgeable, thoughtful and inspiring customer experience. This candidate will be a leader of the team with a focus on sales growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesCreate tools for the retail scanning team for our processes and story-tellingDevelop and oversee all other touch points with new and existing customersCreate new experiences, extend consumer reach and engagementWork closely with our 3D scanning technology and ensure its functioning optimallyOversee all in store ordering & operational systems, maintain supplies and manage service providersParticipate in the installation and operations of mobile experienceEnsure studio aesthetics meet a high levelManage retail team including scheduling, payroll, hiring, and trainingRequirementsBachelor's degree is preferred but not required3+ years of experience in studios or retail1+ year of management experiencePrevious experience within retail, with products requiring specialist knowledgeCapacity to learn about and sell products/services requiring specialist knowledgeAbility to communicate with warmth, energy and sincerityExcited about new and emerging technologyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with photography and DSLR cameras and / or strong technical skillsSelf-motivated and proactive.
