Fitness Studio Assistant ManagerWe are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Assistant Manager at Orangetheory Fitness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and the ability to motivate a team while providing exceptional customer service to our members.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Studio Managers, Head Coach, Coaches, and Sales team to drive overall studio effectiveness and efficiencyTrain new Sales AssociatesEnsure compliance with Orangetheory Fitness standardsMaintain a clean and safe studio environmentHandle customer inquiries and onboardingMotivate Sales Associates to achieve membership sales goalsManage studio's marketing and social media postsParticipate in studio performance-based bonus programOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of experience in a sales quota environment or as a fitness/retail store managerExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work flexible schedulesCommitment to participating in 2 OTF workouts per week and attending relevant training programs
