We're looking to add a

Creative Project Manager

to a growing in-house creative team for a Fortune 500 global brand. The team is continually growing and expanding its scope of work as a result of its digital, business, and channel expertise in support of key execution priorities. They serve as the key control point to maintain consistency across strategic guidelines and have a 100% client satisfaction rate due to the relationships they have built as well as their SLA timing and quality of work.Location:

Hybrid (3 days in office) from one of the following locations:New York City, NYCharlotte, NCDallas/Fort Worth, TXJacksonville, FLSt. Louis, MOAtlanta, GAWilmington, DESchaumburg, ILSalary:

$90,000 - $100,000 per year.Salary range varies by location and experience.Position Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will work with a cross-discipline team of creative talent as well as internal partners to manage all projects entering the in-house agency.The Project Manager is the main point of contact for our clients. They are the first line of communication for jobs entering the system and the last line of communication when releasing jobs.Understanding both the needs of the client and the team, this role is responsible for processing, understanding, and routing changes through the workflow tool to various internal teams and acting as a single point of contact for all client programs. Needs to take ownership of and understand the nuances of every job coming to the agency, which includes reviewing assets and creative briefs to ensure the creative team has all it needs to execute the job successfully. Having a great attitude and positively influencing all stakeholders is a must.What You'll Do:Routing, processing, and understanding all aspects of the in-house projects.Managing the entire job intake process, including but not limited to assessing jobs, working with creative operations in assigning jobs and ensuring capacity, approving the job, processing change requests, and releasing the jobs.Managing multiple programs simultaneously with overlapping deliverables and tight deadlines.Ensuring timely delivery of all creative jobs entering the shop.Holding the team accountable for deadlines and deliverables.Client advocacy - Acts as the relationship/account manager between the internal creative team and its marketing partners/clients, continually providing status updates.Excellent Communicator - Possesses excellent communication skills. Key communicator between clients and internal team in a detailed and concise manner. Ability to have quick response times when answering or inquiring to either client or internal team. Host kick-off, status, and daily stand-up calls.Organizational Mindset - Self-motivated, quick, and assertive. Understand the details of each job processed. The key to success is the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Multi-tasking effectively is a requisite.Team Collaborator - Experience in working in a team environment is required. Must be comfortable working with a team and partners that are across several locations. The interactions are primarily through conference calls, emails, IMs, and chat boards. The ideal candidate must be able to work in this fashion effectively.Process Driven - Thorough understanding of the project lifecycle from intake to release. Understand the intricacies and nuances of the in-house agency process. Ideal candidate will be open-minded, flexible, and can provide ideas on continuous process improvements.Operational Mindset - Understanding data analytics such as production, volume, cost savings, and capacity. Comfortable in creating creative schedules, adhering to deadlines, and following through. Strong understanding of workflow tools and an ability to navigate through them as all intakes are done via the system. Technologically driven. Ability to run reports.Curious - Enthusiastic about applying discoveries and dedicated to becoming a subject matter expert across Citi's product offerings and target markets.Determined - Enthusiastically committed to accomplishing all role responsibilities and seeing projects through to successful conclusions.Secondary Responsibilities:Troubleshooting day-to-day issues within the workflow tool system.Acting as backup to the creative operations manager as necessary.Who You Are:

The candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, have an exceptional eye for detail, and prioritize. The right candidate must be proactive, self-motivated, quick, and assertive, and have the demonstrated ability to work as a team player. The Traffic Manager position also calls for someone highly responsive with a sense of urgency, since most jobs are time-sensitive and require timely communication. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once. Multi-tasking effectively is a requisite. You need to have a strong understanding of workflow tools; all intakes are done via this tool, so you're required to navigate through them.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or a related field.+3 years of project management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience navigating workflow tools systems (experience with Aprimo is a plus).Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Adaptable, Bold, Collaborative, Courageous, and Determined, and operates with a lot of empathy both in internal interactions and with the clients.Strategic orientation with proven ability to understand larger landscape but delve into details to ensure that we are connecting the dots between different projects.Excellent organizational skills, disciplined and prepared with the ability to keep track of multiple concurrent job statuses (experience with workflow tools is a plus) - able to juggle multiple projects on time-sensitive schedules, as well as fire drills.Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate across all levels and lines of business, internal resources, and external vendors.Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with local and remote team members.Passion for learning about products and services offered.Agency experience is required.Feeling a little unsure if you ticked all the boxes?
