Oversee project management for development and launch of new products ensuring alignment with from initial concept to market introductionIdentify and choose suppliers considering factors such as price, quality, timelines of delivery, and reliabilityMaintain up-to-date certifications for all product lines to meet FDA and other applicable regulatory standardsFoster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through consistent communication and collaborative effortsTrack and manage inventory levels to uphold optimal stock levels while reducing excess inventoryStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to pinpoint opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and customer-focused solutionsQualifications:
Demonstrated success in project management and bringing new products to marketOver 3 years of experience in related fieldsExpertise in sourcing and deep understanding of the regulatory requirements related to our product rangeStrong capabilities in market research, product pricing, positioning strategies, and identifying emerging trendsExcellent communication skills for building internal and external relationships
