Interior Designer - CAD

This position will be responsible for the complete design of various types of residential projects, primarily kitchens and baths, for both home remodel and new construction projects. This position will be responsible for providing new clientele through outside solicitation/networking. This person will be responsible for preparing conceptual designs, design development, construction drawings pricing of cabinetry and other materials, meeting with clients, closing the deal, and following through with project execution

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry

Degree in Interior Design is preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD and/or 20/20 Software

Must possess excellent problem solving skills and communication skills

Must have established sales record with strong consultative closing skills
