This dual role will involve managing assigned client accounts while also coordinating marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of client-facing experience and marketing expertise, ensuring that our clients' needs are met while effectively driving our marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Account Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.- Understand clients' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Manage the execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.- Address and resolve client issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and outcomes.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client strategies.Marketing Coordination:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with clients' goals and company objectives.- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation.- Work with Marketing Agency to create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.- Work with HQ to monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in account management and marketing coordination.- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Dental experience preferred.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative and supportive work environment.- Flexible work arrangements (if applicable).How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and qualifications to darin.lockaby@.
