Multimedia Communication Specialist

DescriptionWe are seeking a Multimedia Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for audio/visual systems, video teleconferencing, and IT services. Responsibilities include physical setups, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, as well as customer support and inventory management. If you have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.Primary Responsibilities:Provide physical setups, testing, and maintenance of audio/visual equipment and conference facilitiesAssist with video teleconferencing and live streaming webcasts and webinarsOffer daily IT support, including hardware/software upgrades and maintenanceProvide interface support to telecommunications end users and strategic program managementReceive and troubleshoot Tier I or II phone calls and service ticketsMaintain accurate accountability records and reports on each conference/meeting operatedBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experienceStrong technical background with experience in audio/visual systems, video teleconferencing, and IT supportKnowledge of telecommunications systems and protocolsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work with customersWillingness to provide after-hours support as neededOriginal Posting Date:
