Job Summary:

WizKids is seeking a talented hands-on experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position will create and carry out one-of-a-kind marketing programs for WizKids product lines.

This role focuses on the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns. Additionally, it involves managing creative copy and content for in-store and online products. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record of driving brand success across multiple platforms. This ideal candidate will have an entrepreneur mentality who is a self-starter who is able to maximize resources.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Trains new Marketing staff.

Oversees the daily workflow of the Marketing department to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote WizKids products and ensure successful product launches.

Work directly with sales, senior management, and product teams to drive awareness and consumer engagement for our products and programs.

Collaborate with other department leads including sales and product development to align marketing campaigns with department goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, content team members, retailers, e-commerce, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive branding.

Cultivate new marketing partnerships, and lead communication with existing partners (Marvel, Dungeons & Dragons, etc.) for ongoing marketing activities.

Create and execute strategies that enhance brand equity and drive market growth.

Craft compelling and coherent brand messages that resonate with target audiences.

Create new content for emails, ads, and other customer-facing assets.

Conduct market research to report on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Launch regular A/B or new tactic tests and share results and insights.

Track marketing campaigns KPIs to report on strengths, weaknesses, and how to support areas of the business that will make the most impact.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across a variety of diverse teams.

Proficient in DTC and B2B campaign design.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
