A well qualified candidate will have:- A 2 or 4 year degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Related Field- 3 years of professional experience- A strong command of Interior Design principles- The ability to travel to client's homes for on site measure appointments- A detail oriented mentality to perform site measurements, building the existing space in Chief Architect as a canvas for the team- The ability to put together material selections from our catalogue and select alternative finishes that will fit the style and budget of the project- Ability to prepare presentations for clients and Project Managers to complete construction projects efficiently (documents included such as Lookbooks and Construction Plans)Responsibilities :Complete detailed and accurate

Chief Architect

preferredDevelop design concepts and present them to clients for approvalDevelop design concept drawings into construction documents for our CrewCollaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetCreate detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using CAD, Sketchup, Revit, Chief Architect, and other design softwareSelect appropriate materials, colors, lighting/plumbing fixtures, and accessories for each project from our approved catalogue based on design preferencesCoordinate with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.Oversee the implementation of designs, including site visits and inspections as neededManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines -

turn around time of 1-2 business days for renderings is required.Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry advancementsReport directly to Senior Interior DesignerQualifications :Experience in residential design is required, commercial design is a plusBachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferredProven experience as an Interior Designer or similar roleStrong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and materials selectionExcellent command of CAD software for drafting and 3ds Max for renderingMust have experience using CAD, Revit, and Chief ArchitectAbility to prioritize tasks effectively using various management softwareAbility to work independently as well as collaborate with Design and Estimation teamStrong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholdersIf you have a passion for creating beautiful spaces that resonate with clients and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
