Essential ResponsibilitiesBrand StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances the company's brand awareness, positioning Pegasus as the preeminent commercial real estate advisory firm.Lead initiatives to broadcast and reinforce the corporate identity and value proposition across all marketing channels.Content Development and Vision AlignmentTranslate the firm's vision and growth goals into compelling content across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and live events.Orchestrate the creation of high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and branding.Team Leadership and DevelopmentManage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Property-Specific MarketingImplement streamlined processes for the development and execution of marketing strategies for individual properties, ensuring cohesion with the overall brand and marketing objectives.Work closely with internal deal teams to tailor marketing efforts to the specific needs of each property and client.Digital and Traditional Marketing IntelligenceIntroduce systems to track the performance of both digital and traditional marketing strategies to accurately measure success.Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve the Return on Investment (ROI).Dynamic CollaborationCollaborate with executive leadership, services teams, and platform support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Act as the primary liaison with external marketing vendors and partners to ensure consistent delivery of the highest quality marketing output.Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget, ensuring an appropriate allocation of resources to maximize positive impact.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations.
